A Legendary Porsche 911 that was driven in the period by none other than Sobiesław Zasada who was a Porsche factory rally driver. The renovation was initiated by a well known polish motoring journalist Patryk Mikiciuk and realized by Abcar Oldtimers. My responsibility in the project was recreating the original look in 3D, creating proper production documentation of some details and parts corresponding the rally Costa Brava configuration. The ready car is usually displayed in Automobile Museum in Otrębusy. My works on this project in more details are listed below:
- creating photo realistic renderings of the Costa Brava configuration including the interior
- designing production bucks with production documentation to recreate the flared fenders
- creating a full sized model of the front bumper using Zortrax M300+ 3D printer. The model was used as a template to recreate the proper bumper in fiberglass
- recreating the production documentation of details like the lightweight engine bar or the rollcage
- recreation of the original headlamps placement using photogrammetry and archive photos
